Light it up! turns your phone into a virtual lighter — hold it up during a slow song and let the flame glow. A modern take on the classic concert lighter.

How to use it

• Swipe up to light the flame (starts small).
• Swipe up again for a tall flame.
• Swipe down to go back to a smaller flame.
• Swipe down again (or tap) to put it out.
• Wave your phone and the flame flickers and sways.

Good to know

• The screen brightens automatically while lit and stays awake so it’s easy to hold up.
• Works completely offline — no internet or account needed.
• The sound effect follows your ringer/silent switch and won’t interrupt music that’s playing.

Frequently asked

The flame has no sound. Your phone’s silent switch may be on, or the app is respecting other audio. The visual works regardless.

Waving doesn’t move the flame. Wave the whole phone gently — the effect reacts to motion. (It’s subtle by design so it still looks like a real flame.)

Does it use my data or camera? No. Light it up! collects nothing, has no network access, and never uses your camera, mic, photos, or location. See our Privacy Policy.
