CarVerse Privacy Policy

The short version: CarVerse does not collect your data. Everything you do in CarVerse — your profile, garage, car spots, clubs, and settings — is stored locally on your device. The app has no accounts on our servers, no analytics, and no advertising trackers. Nothing you enter is transmitted to us or to third parties.

Information stored on your device

• Profile details you enter at sign-up (username, password, and date of birth) are saved only on your device. They are never sent to us. Date of birth is used on-device to confirm you meet minimum age requirements for chat features.
• Content you create — your garage, wishlist, car spots, club memberships, and messages — is stored on your device and is removed when you delete your account in the app or uninstall the app.

Device permissions

CarVerse may ask for permission to use the camera (only when you choose to photograph a car spot), location (only when you open Meets or a map), and notifications (reminders about meets, clubs, and spots, generated locally on your device). All of these are optional — you can decline them and still use the app — and the associated data never leaves your device.

Purchases

CarVerse Premium is sold through the Apple App Store (as a monthly subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase). Payment is processed entirely by Apple under its privacy policy; we do not receive or store your name, payment details, or any other billing information.

What we do not do

• We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal information.
• We do not use analytics, tracking, or third-party advertising SDKs.
• We do not build profiles of you or track you across apps and websites.

Children

Chat, clubs, and direct messages are limited to users 13 and older, enforced by the on-device age check. Other parts of the app are open to all ages. Because no data is collected from any user, no data is collected from children.

Your choices & data deletion

Your data lives on your device, so you are always in control. You can export a copy from Settings → Account Management → Download my data, and permanently erase everything with Settings → Account Management → Delete account or by uninstalling the app.

Changes

If a future version of CarVerse ever changes these practices (for example, by adding online accounts or analytics), we will update this policy first and reflect the change in the app's App Store privacy label.
